Six months after the May 22, 2011 tornado hit Joplin, Sarah*, 28, was still in pain from her head injury. "I'm worried. What is going on up here? Why is this hurting? Why is there new bumps up here and they hurt?" she said. Sarah is an undocumented immigrant and has not been able to see a neurologist because she does not have social security. *Her real name is not used to protect her identity.
